Responsible for key areas such as Purchase to Resale, Database Management, Warehousing and Logistics and E-Commerce engagements. |

De La Rue is the world's largest commercial security printer and a leading provider of cash handling equipment and software solutions to banks and retailers worldwide. ProcurePro Limited carried out the role of Interim Group Purchasing Manager, for indirect goods and services for eight months. Responsible for spend of £95 million across a fragmented group. Within this eight months assignment, the savings targets were not only back on track, but also increased by 25% and a pipeline created of an additional 107%. The function was streamlined, and key projects such as T&E Initiatives brought back on track. Finally the group indirect purchasing function was outsourced to an external managed service provider by the ProcurePro interim manager. |

Nationwide's head office is in Swindon. ProcurePro Limited carried out the role of Interim Senior Purchasing Manager for five months, creating a new category management team of six purchasing professionals for HR & Professional Services with a spend in excess of £123 million, delivering savings of £1.6 million with a further identified savings of £12.6 million
